Composite marina pontoons are manufactured using strong, non corrodible Pultruded Fibreglass Profiles to construct the main Marina Pontoon structure using stainless steel fixings and epoxy glue systems, where applicable. Fibreglass pontoons are equipped with a composite heavy duty fender section complete with heavy duty fibreglass floats.

Dura Dock Marina Pontoons can be fitted with Marina Deck fibreglass grating mesh decking, providing exceptional slip resistance and long life. Also available are our NEW ULTRA DECK Wood Plastic Composite Decking material, an alternative to Balau or other hardwood. Each Ultra Deck composite plank measures 295mm x 23mm, and is secured using concealed fixings, providing a professional appearance and barefoot walking safety.

Decking Material Options

 

Dura Dock Pontoons can be fitted with Marina Deck Fibreglass Grating decking, providing exceptional slip resistance and long life. Also available is a new Ultra Deck Composite Wood Decking material, an alternative to Balau or other hardwoods. Each Ultra Deck composite plank measures 295mm x 23mm, and is secured using concealed fixings, providing a professional appearance and offering barefoot walking safety.

 

Fibreglass pontoon floats are available in a range of standard sizes to suit most common pontoon systems. Floats are supplied with closed cell foam fitted inside and can also be fitted with additional ballast according to specifications. Non standard size floats can be manufactured to order. Special sizes can be supplied fitted with either foam and / or ballast and foam.

 

All floats are supplied with a solid fibreglass lid securely bonded to the float top edge flange to allow bolting to the fibreglass pontoon structure.
